Effective 27 May 2026, Hong Kong Airlines’ current operations at Terminal 1 (T1) of Hong Kong International Airport will be relocated to the brand-new Terminal 2 (T2), making us the first airline to operate from T2. Passengers travelling with Hong Kong Airlines will be required to complete check-in, baggage drop, security screening, and departure clearance at T2, before proceeding to the T1 Midfield Concourse to board their flights.
As passengers may require time to familiarise themselves with the new arrangements, we strongly advise that you allow ample time to arrive at the airport for the relevant procedures to avoid any delays to your journey.
We also encourage passengers to use our Online Check-in service, available 48 hours prior to flight departure. Furthermore, the Airport Express In-town Check-in service at Hong Kong and Kowloon stations will remain unchanged. Passengers may check in between 24 hours and 90 minutes before their scheduled departure time, and should allow sufficient time for travelling to the airport.

【Relocation of Hong Kong Airlines Operations to Terminal 2 at Hong Kong International Airport】
香港航空現時位於香港國際機場一號客運大樓 (T1) 的營運，將於2026年5月27日起遷往全新的二號客運大樓 (T2)，並成為首間進駐T2的航空公司。屆時，乘搭香港航空的旅客須於 T2 辦理登機手續、託運行李，並在完成保安檢查及離境手續後，再前往 T1 中場客運廊登機。
由於旅客或需時熟習新安排，為免延誤行程，我們強烈建議旅客預留充足時間前往機場辦理相關手續。
同時，我們鼓勵旅客於航班起飛前48小時，使用網上預辦登機服務。此外，香港航空設於機場快綫香港站及九龍站的市區預辦登機服務將維持不變。旅客可於航班起飛前24小時至90分鐘期間辦理登機手續，並請確保預留充裕時間前往機場。
